Rental Rates
Katie's Cottage is a two (2) bedroom cottage that can sleep up to 4 guests. There a queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom is air-conditioned for your comfort.
Rental rates are standard though out the year and reservations can be made for all months excluding September.
Reservations run from Saturday to Saturday but if you need a variation, we will try to accommodate your situation. Check-In is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 9:00 am. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
In the event you must cancel, we will gladly refund your deposit if we are able to re-rent the cottage for period you have reserved or apply it to a future reservation.
